Incorrect Address

The client / customer is solely responsible for providing the correct billing and shipping address to ensure proper processing of all orders and timely delivery. In the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided, the carrier (FedEx, UPS) may charge a fee to research the correct address for delivery. In such a case, the client / customer agrees to reimburse Scot Brown for this additional fee.

Ordering Options & Policies

We now offers five (5) methods of payment for good and services offered on the site:

  1. CREDIT CARD
    You can place your order using a credit card number online, via fax or by telephone. If you prefer to order using a credit card via fax, please print and use our Credit Card Fax Order Form. All credit card transactions are currently handled through Online Retailer PaySystems.com, Inc. All orders will appear as charges assessed by PaySystems.com, Inc. on your monthly credit card statement. More information on PaySystems.com, Inc. policies is available by visiting the PaySystems.com, Inc. website. The shopping cart is secure and uses SSL encryption.

  2. ORDER BY MAIL
    NOTICE: All checks must be made out to Scot Brown. There is one order form available for ordering products. The order form can be conveniently found at
    Small Blank Order Form.

  3. CHECKS BY FAX
    We can now accept payment using checks by fax. Simply print the order form of your choice from the Order By Mail category above along with the easy-to-use Fax Form.
    After completing the order form and attaching a signed check marked 'VOID' to the Fax Form, you will be prepared to submit your order via fax. Simply fax these forms to us at (305) 723-2783 to place your order. For the terms of check payment via fax, please review the Fax Form page for complete details.

  4. CHECKS BY PHONE
    That's right! We can also accept orders paid using checks via the telephone. New banking laws and software now offer customers the opportunity of paying by check while enjoying the instantaneous purchasing power of a credit card. Simply call us at (623) 873-8080 to submit your order. Please have a check available for payment. You will be required to present information contained in the check for the processing of all orders. All checks processed from Canada will be subject to an additional $7.50 processing fee to convert funds.

  5. CHECKS BY EMAIL
    For the fastest method of ordering without a credit card, you can now submit orders with payment by check directly via e-mail. This can be accomplished by utilizing the form available in the E-mail Center.
    By filling out the form available on this page along with the items ordered, you can send your order at e-mail speed to be processed immediately. Additionally, you can send a scanned image of a signed check marked "VOID" as an e-mail attachment to info@racingpigeons.theshoppe.com along with a detailed description of the following:

    1. Description of Order
    2. Name
    3. Address
    4. City, State, Postal Code
    5. Phone Number
    6. Email Address

International Orders

International orders will be gladly accepted. Please note that all duties, taxes, permits or licensing necessary to receive products, etc. imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the Recipient. In addition, please check in advance to be sure your country will allow importation of nutritional supplements prior to ordering such items. Payment for orders will be accepted in the two following manners:

  1. CREDIT CARD
    You can place your order using a credit card number online, via fax or by telephone. If you prefer to order using a credit card via fax, please print and use our Credit Card Fax Order Form. All credit card transactions are currently handled through Online Retailer PaySystems.com, Inc. All orders will appear as charges assessed by PaySystems.com, Inc. on your monthly credit card statement.     The online shopping cart will automatically calculate the fee for shipping your order. In the event that you live in a remote location, an additional fee may be necessary to ensure delivery. It may be necessary for us to contact you to pay this additional fee. If you have been instructed to incur such a fee, please enquire for instructions to pay for the additional shipping fee. You can also pay for the additional shipping feed using a credit card via fax by printing and using our Credit Card Fax Order Form.

  2. ORDER BY MAIL
    All international orders placed by mail must be accompanied by payment in US Funds. This can be accomplished using International Money Orders in US Funds or Traveler's Cheques in US Funds. Shipping Policy

Additional shipping charges begin for 20 lbs. of magnetite or more. Please see the shipping table on the homepage that corresponds to the weight you are ordering and the destination State. International orders will incur additional charges for shipping according to weight. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, your total shipping fees should be calculated by the shopping cart automatically. Simply choose your shipping preference and the amount necessary to ship your order will be added to your total cost. All orders throughout the world and continental United States will ship using FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service at our discretion. If you have special shipping needs, please send e-mail to info@racingpigeons.theshoppe.com to address these concerns. Additional shipping may be required for rushed orders in the United States. For all rushed orders, choose your shipping preference in the shopping to pay for express service.

Return Policy

The return policy set forth at Nature'sAlternatives.com is as follows:

  • 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
    Any item may be returned less the shipping cost for a refund if returned within 30 days from purchase. Due to the high rate of shipping, all orders 20 lbs. and over will be eligible for a refund on the cost of magnetite only. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving damaged wares.
